GSK’s Race To The Stars 3.0 Mid-year Dealers Meet, conceptualized by Brandwidth Events
GSK has been at the top rank in the Industry, and one of the major reasons of their bar breaking sales is the hard work and dedication of their distributors. To motivate their distributors, GSK started a program “Race to the Stars” and last month they conducted Race To The Stars 3.0 Mid-year celebration.
GSK was looking for something to ‘WOW’ their distributors and like all times, they entrusted in Brandwidth as well.
In the month of March, Brandwidth executed GSK’s Annual Dealers Distributors Meet for the program “Race To The Stars 2.0” with their Mice partner ADIONA Travels, where more than 450 dealers were brought together from all over India. Arrangements for travel and enroute stay were done perfectly for everyone, even for people travelling from small towns with poor connectivity.
This Mid-year celebration was all about “Celebrating their success” was for awarding the half yearly winners and for this different destinations were picked for all 4 zones- 3rd to 5th September was in Lalit Resort & Spa for South Zone with 120 guests, 5th to 7th September was in Cidade de Goa for, Goa for West Zone 100 dealers, 6th to 8th September, 115 dealers from north zone got together in Ananta Resort, Udaipur whereas from 13th to 15th September, the meet took place in The Park, Hyderabad for 260 dealers.
GSK wanted to cover all these 4 events within 12 days which was a big challenge for both Brandwidth Events as the event dates were overlapping, so they had to be up and ready for the execution before the series of meets whereas with ADIONA travels boking for stay and travel for more than 600 people in one go was not a simple task either and both the teams had to plan everything within 3 weeks.
In all the 4 events, the Itineraries were made keeping in mind to cover the major part of the cities for guests to explore.
The Events that took place in Goa for South & West zone simultaneously, guests explored the culture and major sights Goa like Deltin Jack where they tried their hands on Casino, Panjim market etc. A sports session was also conducted at the beach shore where they played games like Cricket, Volleyball, Tug of war along with beers and food. All the guests really enjoyed the sessions and really appreciated the idea. The winners were given the Goa hamper goodie bags.
Whereas in Udaipur and Hyderabad city tour left guests amazed with the history and culture of the cities.
A visit to Udaipur is incomplete without an evening of folk music and that’s what the guests enjoyed the most. Everyone wearing the Rajasthani turbans and dancing to folk music, the evening in itself was happy and bright to watch. Over the next days, guests were taken for sightseeing to places like Kumbalgarh Fort, Lake Palace, Bagore ki Haveli, tasting the local flavor in Chowka restaurant, etc.
Hyderabad on the other hand was a dip into history, with visits to places like Charminar, Golkanada Fort with all the stories of Mughal history whereas in Ramoji Film City they witnessed all the sets of different blockbusters of Bollywood, that is always a big deal for common people.
The awards night took place on the second nights of each meet where the zonal head gave estimates of their zone’s growth, congratulated each other and as a team took pledge to beat their own targets.
All the guests were wearing the same regional caps and pagdis in the Award’s Nights and were given local gifts as giveaways on the night. Each zone had more than 100 awards to distribute whereas East zone had 260 awards along with last minute additions of more than 40 awards. Brandwidth’s coordination was applauded by GSK for smooth award distribution, flawless show flow and perfect completion of last minute requirements like additional awards, Pledge wall, making an AV of the pictures from the last 2 days that too in cities like these were last minute sourcing is next to impossible.
The evenings of emotions of winning and bondings was filled with laughters with MC driven engagements and the enjoyment amplified with energetic dance performances followed by DJ.
Brandwidth made sure that even though the events happened in different cities for different guests, the quality of service was perfect across all locations.
